With a B.A. degree in Business Management, a certification in Bookkeeping with Intuit, and a SHRM-CP certification under my belt, I've spent the last decade contributing to the growth and success of small businesses, where I’ve worn multiple hats in managing both Human Resources and financials.

One of my proudest professional affiliations is my membership with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Sarasota-Manatee HR Association. These memberships not only keep me abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR but also connect me with a network of professionals who share my commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Handling the demands of a thriving career with the responsibilities of being a single mom has been a defining aspect of my journey. Learning to juggle numerous tasks for clients while running a household is an area where I excel.

Beyond the boardrooms and balance sheets, I find joy in creative pursuits. I have a passion for board game design, where I channel my strategic mindset into crafting engaging and entertaining experiences. Additionally, I let my physical and visual artist shine in making wool rugs and mats which I make at home.
