Welcome to The Habit Tracker book, a book to serve as your companion on your journey to change.

The book is laid out in four-week increments with each increment ending with a reflection page, and a monthly tracker report. In the first increment of four weeks you will focus on four habits to maintain. Once the second increment has started, an additional habit will be added, bringing your habit quantity to five. This will continue until you've reached nine habits in the final increment.
